As a starting point, we will use the Partos Digital Maturity Quick Scan as a reference for a maturity benchmark. This quick scan is developed from the Principles for Digital Development and includes other benchmarks/maturity tools in its analysis. Therefore, you are invited to share your thoughts on June 6th from 15:00-16:15 CETth from 15:00-16:15 CET to share your thoughts.
Programme:
The brainstorm is based on previous sessions with the CoP of Data & Digitalisation. We will discuss using a Miro board:
- What has the process been so far? How and why did we make a Quick Scan? Why create a Benchmark?
- What does your organisation want to know about the state of D&D of your organisation (optionally including your Southern partners) and among the Partos member?
- How can we formulate this into some needs? Can we plot this on an online mind map for understanding your organisation’s As-Is, To-Be, and the way towards that goal?
- Based on your initial experience filling out the prototype Quick Scan, what do you think is needed to deliver toward the needs formulated at (1)? This requires you to complete the prototype Quick Scan before we meet. This will help to change the prototype to accommodate your needs by formulating and adding additional questions covering those needs.
