Invitation: take part in a focus group as part of the Partos Leadership Trajectory

Re-imagined leadership is crucial for making meaningful progress. And you are a part of it!

27 september 2022

Being in a leadership position can be lonely, with many daily worries and constantly popping up opportunities. As a result, being intensively involved with strategy is often under pressure. But many of the problems and opportunities that people in leadership positions within development cooperation experience are shared.

To provide support for directors

Despite the vast supply of leadership literature and training, there is little support explicitly provided tailored to people working in leadership positions like you. We often hear from directors and managers that there is a need for an exchange to jointly arrive at enriched insights, make cross connections, and re-imagine leadership. Partos aspires to seize this momentum, explore leadership aspects and provide tailor-made support for the challenges people in leadership positions face through the Partos Re-imagined Leadership Trajectory.

Some first activities are already underway, such as leadership pitches during the Partos Innovation Festival. We host an open session on co-constructing new leadership at the festival. We also started a vodcast series ‘Toekomst Leiders’ highlighting the insights and views of Partos directors.

Join one of the group sessions

To further shape the leadership trajectory, we will organise several focus groups with directors, facilitated by Han Rakels from Perspectivity, who has led various leadership initiatives. In this context, we invite you to join one of three focus group sessions:

During the Focus Group Opportunities,  you will discuss personal experiences as a leader and what we learn from them. The question of what leaders should focus on and the main themes are discussed, as input to a future – to-be-designed – leadership program.
