Partos PME platform
The PME Platform is for joint learning and exchanging knowledge on issues of planning, monitoring and evaluation for learning and accountability purposes. The PME platform consists of PME staff working for Partos member organisations and/or for organisations that are in the Strategic Partnership Programmes financed by NL MFA.
The platform started as an informal network to exchange joint learning and knowledge sharing on issues of planning, monitoring and evaluation for learning and accountability purposes. Among other topics, the platform focusses on gathering experiences related to the end-evaluations of the Dialogue and Dissent (D&D) programmes by looking back as well as distilling lessons learned that can then be applied to the current Strengthening Civil Society programmes (SCS) as well as to formulate appropriate policy advice to donors such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Other examples of subjects that are covered in the Partos PME platform are the use of outcome harvesting as a method and the use of basket indicators.
