The course provides a broad introduction to the concept of Theory of Change, which also includes Logical Framework and Outcome Mapping. In addition to this, participants learn about and practice developing a conceptual and planning framework that serves as the basis for setting up an M&E system. The language of instruction is English because most of the terms are already used in English. The course is intended for programme employees who want to gain more insight into the effectiveness of their programmes and that of their partner organisations.
