Following up on our leadership session on digital sovereignty this past June, Partos, together with Post X Society, is hosting a hands-on session for practitioners who want to start implementing digital sovereignty within their organisations.

In this session, we will explore the practical steps needed to make the transition: what to consider when shifting systems and practices, how to navigate organisational and technical challenges, and how to make these changes workable and sustainable within your team.

More on the Free Cloud

Your organisation is committed to human rights, development cooperation or climate justice, but your data is stored on US servers, your money goes to Big Tech, and working with your target group depends on platforms that do not share your values. In the current geopolitical climate, this is untenable.

Free Cloud is a coalition of NGOs that have collectively chosen open-source, European-hosted infrastructure. Nextcloud instead of Google Drive, Listmonk instead of Mailchimp, Nextcloud Talk instead of Teams, Pretix for events. Non-profit, no lock-in, no shareholders or takeovers.

The problem this coalition is solving: switching to fair infrastructure without having to set up an IT department. We share the burden of migration on a step-by-step basis. You’re left with time for your mission.
