This unique half-day event, with free lunch at a beautiful venue in the forest, will be led by Sue Williams, an accomplished and internationally renowned hostage negotiator with over 30 years of worldwide crisis management experience.
The workshop for CEOs and board members will focus on the strategic oversight of crisis management and will address the preparation phase as well as the actions required during and after the response. It will be centred on the rationale behind critical decision-making, and, in a safe environment, the workshop will conclude with the opportunity to air difficult questions and share best practices. The Chatham House rule will be imposed.
