Gimd

Gimd is a broad consulting organization in the field of corporate social work that has been counselling employees, teams, and executives alike since 1970. It employs 125 experienced professionals in psychosocial counselling, training, and consulting. Gimd has 6 regional offices and some 40 of its counselling locations throughout the country. Gimd’s goal is to create a compelling and enjoyable work environment that energizes employees and balances the goals and motivations of employers and employees.

Gimd provides support to charities through the following services:

• Reception and counselling for victims of interpersonal violations

The employees of Gimd are registered with professional associations of professionals in social work (Beroepsverenigingen van professionals in sociaal werk – BPSW) and Registerplein and/or with the National Association of Confidential Mediators (Landelijke Vereniging Vertrouwenspersonenen – LVV). In addition, the MfN registered mediators work exclusively according to the guidelines of the Mediators Federation of the Netherlands (MfN).
