Organisation & Quality

To deliver high-quality work and to realise impactful development cooperation, organisations must be efficient, effective, adaptive, and have good quality standards. It is a priority of Partos to support and collaborate with members in key processes such as their Learning & Innovation, Lobby & Advocacy and Communication. Yet, organisations also benefit from collaboration and joint learning in business areas, whether this is in governance, strategy formation, finance, quality management, human resources, automation, or other supporting processes.

Partos facilitates meetings with the purpose of knowledge exchange and development in this area. This is often done in collaboration with and with input from external experts. Examples of such meetings include the Partos knowledge cafés about vitality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and financial reporting. Where possible, Partos organises these activities in collaboration with Goede Doelen Nederland, with whom Partos regularly produces a benchmark research for salaries.

To improve quality, Partos and its members further developed and added to the ISO 9001 so that it can be specifically applied to the context of development cooperation, the result of which is called the Partos 9001. Moreover, to promote integrity in the work of our members, a wide range of learning activities, tools and services have been developed. Where necessary and possible, Partos asks its members and network for input or to run-by ideas by them.

Last but not least, Partos members can use Business Operations and Shared Services. These are services and products offered by external parties at a reduced rate.
