We have previously organised meetings on privacy legislation, reorganisation and the new working-from-home. Members can also submit their own questions or initiatives to the Human Resources Network. This network acts as an informal platform for question-and-answer and knowledge exchange for civil society organizations (including numerous non-Partos members). Research salary indexation
Human Capital Group conducts annual salary indexation research among members of Goede Doelen Nederland and Partos. In the even-numbered years, this is done as part of a broad remuneration survey and in the odd-numbered years as an indexation survey. Organisations gain insight into salary developments within the sector (a benchmark) and are enabled to compare their own salaries.
