Learning together for a future-ready sector
In these tracks, we bring together professionals from the international cooperation sector to exchange knowledge, experiences and expertise. Through collaborative learning processes, we explore how we can respond to changes in the sector and work towards a future that is resilient, equitable, and sustainable. In this way, we strengthen not only our organisations, but also the impact we achieve together.
Themes such as the responsible use of AI, locally-led development, shifting power dynamics and digital sovereignty are central to this. Through sessions, working groups and publications, Partos facilitates the exchange of knowledge by connecting professionals from various NGOs, civil society organisations, and sectors. The content is shaped by the members themselves, ensuring that knowledge-sharing and joint reflection are directly relevant to practice. In this way, we are building a resilient, equitable, and future-proof sector together.
Furthermore, we aim to forge connections that extend beyond individual sessions. That is why we have established a ‘dual-track’ model comprising sessions for managers and sessions for staff. In this way, we seek to involve board members and senior management in the process, ensuring that the discussions influence the policy and strategy underpinning the organisation’s programmes.
