Join Ngo-federatie and Partos for an interactive webinar on October 20th (3-4:30PM CET) introducing the Power Awareness Tool (PAT), a practical instrument designed with co-investing organisations to support more equitable partnerships in international cooperation. The PAT guides you through an honest look at decision-making dynamics, helping ensure everyone’s voice is valued and shift power where necessary.
During this session, participants will explore why the PAT matters, what it is, and how it works in practice. The webinar will feature experiences from international partners, Belgian and Dutch NGOs, and Majority World actors, who will share insights on successes, challenges, and lessons learned from using the tool. Furthermore, we aim for this session to be an interactive space for dialogue, where participants can exchange experiences, discuss the tool, and jointly explore pathways to advance power shifting in partnerships.
The webinar is open to Majority World organisations and partners, Belgian and Dutch NGOs, donors, and other actors committed to advancing equitable partnerships.
