About the Partos Innovation Hub – Learning for Change
Through the Partos Innovation Hub, professionals can learn and experiment together on innovation and impactful international cooperation. We are driven to achieve this by creating support and systemic change and ‘walking the talk’, promoting decolonisation and localisation, equal partnerships and inclusion. To organize this, we are looking for an inspiring and experienced:
Learning Experience Facilitator f/x/m (32 hours)
What does your working day look like?
Never a dull moment. Throughout the year you will organize various internationally oriented learning and innovation events on important and challenging themes, such as Shift the Power, Inclusion, and Climate Justice. You will play a connecting and advisory role, supporting members and partners with various issues within these themes. As a Learning Experience Facilitator, you will identify the needs and learning goals of our members to shape learning and innovation tracks. Also, you will create and facilitate impactful learning experiences for (participants of) our activities working towards the strategic goals of the Innovation Hub.
Therefore, you will frequently work with Partos member organizations, partners, consultants and of course your colleagues. This means you are constantly engaged in actively involving development organizations and other parties in collaborative learning. For example, large learning meetings, working groups and Communities of Practice, co-creative workshops, trainings and innovation labs (online and offline).
As a Learning Experience Facilitator you work closely with the Innovation Facilitator and the Impact Facilitator and connect the learning agenda with innovation and evaluation processes in the program. Together, as a content self-managing team, you are responsible for the quality and monitoring of the realisation of the objectives, and you monitor the budget. You are also an ambassador for the aforementioned themes and actively think about how cross-fertilisation can take place between the Partos Innovation Hub and the communication and lobby team of Partos.

- You are an enthusiastic and convincing facilitator of offline and online innovation and learning processes for groups.
- You have a strong, practical drive to drive innovation, social impact and transformation within international cooperation.
- You have affinity for the themes of Shift the Power, Inclusion, and Climate Justice and enjoy bringing parties together to facilitate collaborative learning.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, verbal and written.
- Passionate about enthusing people and teams by offering creative, innovative techniques and learning experiences that go beyond traditional methods.
- You are familiar with international cooperation programs and with the work of (Dutch) organizations and social enterprises working for international justice.
- You have an open and learning attitude and a hands-on mentality.
- You are a team player, with a connecting personality who actively listens, shifts gears quickly and keeps multiple balls in the air with ease.
- You are looking for an open and equal work environment where you have and take a lot of ownership and responsibilities.
