Fair Wear’s HRDD system development and innovation team focuses on developing innovative and impactful ways to improve labour conditions for garment workers. The team is mainly responsible for connecting Fair Wear’s different methodologies and tools through a digital platform, the HRDD system, innovating, developing and maintaining the HRDD system, coordinating the collection of evidence and knowledge to measure impact, improve processes and contribute to tracking whether Fair Wear is achieving its objectives.

The HRDD system and website administrator within the HRDD system development and innovation team will play a key role in supporting HRDD system users and users of our CMS. Our new colleague will work from our Amsterdam office on website and platform administration, including platform maintenance, configuration and customisation, user and data management, process automation and training and support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to contributing to the team’s overall strategy, the administrator would divide their time between the following activities and responsibilities:

 

HRDD SYSTEM administrator (Salesforce)

  • User management: creating/deactivating, managing profiles and permission sets to control data access;
  • Customization and configuration of fields, pagelayouts, objects. Both for Salesforce users and experience cloud users (experience cloud builder);
  • Automation using flows and to a limited extend, apex;
  • Reporting and analytics in Salesforce. Potentially also outside Salesforce using tools like Tableau or Metabase;
  • Maintenance and configuration of API’s in Salesforce;
  • Training and support materials; co-creation of user guidelines, onboarding training materials, providing input for learning modules;
  • Organize trainings for internal and external (member brands) users of our different platforms;
  • 2nd line technical support for our internal helpdesk;
  • Technical user documentation (create and maintain the admin guide).

 

WEB ADMINISTRATOR

  • Technical maintenance and administration of the front-end (Vue or React) and backend (Prismic or Storyblok);
  • User support; act as helpdesk of CMS users, including troubleshooting. Ensure that our website is up to date and secure, and performs reliably;
  • Support the communications team with content publishing workflows, page setup and quality assurance prior to release when needed
  • Create and maintain documentation related to website administration;
  • Collaborate with our communications team on website projects and ongoing improvements;
  • Ensuring Fair Wear content and webpages are set up and optimised for SEO, accessibility and analytics tracking, and monitoring performance using agreed KPIs; providing insights to the communications team;
  • Coordinating with external developers when needed for enhancements, fixes, or upgrades.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Salesforce knowledge and 3-5 years hands-on administration experience with Salesforce and Experience cloud;
  • Development logic (optional but helpful): understanding basic developer concepts for better solutions (Apex, soql);
  • Problem solving: Diagnosing issues and creating solutions on the platform;
  • Service oriented, proactive support to internal and external users;
  • 2+ years of Web Adminstration experierence;
  • Proficient in HTML , CSS and basic knowledge of Javascript;
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Prismic and Storyblok;
  • Affinity with modern Front end webframeworks like React or Vue;
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website accessibility principles;
  • Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

We offer a salary between € 45.414 – € 55.497 annually (ex. 8% holiday allowance) depending on relevant experience.

The position is based in Amsterdam, and the candidate has (or is eligible for) a Dutch working permit. Fair Wear requires all staff to be in the office in the World Fashion Centre at least 50% of the time.
