Growing beyond this moment: The closing of the Partos DEI and anti-racism trajectories

Closing a chapter

Over the past three years Partos has facilitated the DEI trajectory, a series of powerful sessions centering on reflection, dialogue, and action around DEI and anti-racism. Together, we have explored how exclusion and racism manifest within our organisations, and how we can take intentional, collective steps to dismantle them.

Years after the global outcry for justice and equity (#BLM, #metoo), society shows us that these values are easily broken and under pressure. The DEI trajectory proofs that DEI, when justice-led and part of a broader strategy, is still a way to practice commitment to equity in a world where racism, sexism, ableism, discrimination, xenophobia and trans & homophobia is still imminent.

Closing Community Event

As this shared journey comes to a close, we’re excited to present the final report, capturing key learnings, experiences, and insights gathered along the way. During the closing event, we’ll share these outcomes and invite you to look ahead with us, identifying how we can sustain and deepen this work in the years to come:

• making sense of the state of DEI beyond 2025
• interactive workshop that will spark your DEI (resistance) stamina by Elodie Kona, DEI Expert and co-author of Uncomfortable Conversations & co-editor of the “Inclusion Marathon” and our very own “Partos DEI Handbook”
• Launch and presentation of the Partos DEI handbook, a publication capturing all lessons learned, tips and tools of the DEI Trajectory, which has been made possible because of all of you!
• Plenty of space for conversation, inspiration and connection.
• Drinks & food

Please note, that we only have 35 places available of which 7 will be for people outside of the trajectory. If two people from the same organization, please let us know so we can check for availability.
