Adjustments to the Roadmap
The old Roadmap dated from several years ago. In that time, there have been many developments, necessitating a revision. Among other things, information has been added to the Roadmap on using the sector-specific reference profile that accompanies the Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). Furthermore, two chapters have been added on screening different types of volunteers (which includes board members) and screening employees who are already employed. All other texts have also been updated, and the text has been made entirely GDPR-proof.
Also, an update of the Partos 9001
Based on the above, Partos has supplemented the requirements for Partos 9001 certification with a clause stating that pre-employment screening based on the Screening Roadmap 2.1 is also required for Partos 9001 (see section 7.1.2. of the Partos 9001 text). In addition, the self-assessment form has also been changed. On our website, you can download all documents.
We have agreed with the Ministry that members who are Partos 9001-certified will get an exemption from the ORIA (Organizational Risk and Integrity Assessment), which the Ministry requires. This saves our members a lot of time. We are therefore happy to have been able to make this arrangement for our members.
Members who are already Partos 9001-certified will receive a one-off questionnaire from the Ministry on pre-employment screening. On renewal, this is no longer required.
Is your organisation not yet Partos 9001-certified? If so, now might be a good time to arrange it. You can find more information on our website or contact Mariska Keizer.
